The wine rack is full

It looks like some strange form of punishment, doesn't it?

Quick Question/Favor regarding El Pollo Loco

My boss has given us a project at work. We work in the marketing department. She saw that the show “The Apprentice” is using El Pollo Loco for one of the episodes and thought it would be a good exercise for us to do the same prior to the show airing. I noticed that you have eaten recently at El Pollo Loco and I wondered if you would mind answering a few questions that I could use for research. We are in Dallas and do not have any El Pollo Loco’s. Our assignment is to create a new El Pollo Bowl and develop a marketing plan for a very limited budget. Therefore prior to starting I wanted to do some research with El Pollo Loco guests.

Thank you in advance for your time.

How frequently do you visit El Pollo Loco?

What do you usually order?

If you could create your own El Pollo Bowl what would it be?

What type of point of purchase material would most influence your ordering decision?

Age Range:

Income Range:

Which El Pollo Loco do you most frequently visit?

Which daypart do you most frequently dine at El Pollo Loco?

Do you visit alone, with friends, family, kids, or co-workers?

Do you dine-in or take-out most frequently?

Are coupons important in your dining decision at El Pollo Loco?

Thank you so much for your input. Please feel free to include anything else.

That is such a great photo.

If Julian could manouvre himself behind the wine rack he would totally do it.

Thanks for the MySpace comments and for the continued happiness this blog provides me!
